Take it Easy and Just Keep Pedaling!

Tonight we decided to take it easy after pushing ourselves last night.  Things were sore in places we didn't know we had.  But taking it easy didn't mean not pedaling! :)    We stuck to the pavement in town and still rode 6 miles. Once we got going the pain and stiffness went away!

      Thanks V! Did my voice match up to what you imagined it would? LOL we've spent enough money already on bike accessories just in 1 month. The helmet cam will have to wait for a while! ;)
