WV -- Got a 7.5 mile bike ride in on the McManus Trail and that means our West Virginia
ride is in the books. It was the first time in my recollection that
I'd ever been to West Virginia, and if I'm being completely honest, it can also be
the last. They can keep their mountains and their Appalachia. It
wasn't for me. I don't do well in the mountains.
There was quite a lot of art along this trail, though, painted by schoolkids, so that was cool.
